چکیده
The dilatation of pulmonary artery and increased measurement of the right descending pulmonary artery is a most reliable roentgen sign of pulmonary hypertension. Measurement of the right descending pulmonary artery on the routine posteroanterior view of chest, especially in inspiration and expiration is absolutely necessary in making the roentgenological diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension. To determine an abnormal measurement of the right descending pulmonary artery this author's normal value for the right descending pulmonary artery size is most important. The purpose of this Part II is to report the radiological diagnosis of pulmonary hypertensions from various etiologies and other abnormal hemo· dynamics in pulmonary circulation by using this author's technique of measurement of the right descending pulmonary artery on the routine posteroanterior view of the chest.

Association Between Left Anterior Descending Artery Length with Coronary Artery Dominance: An Angiographic Study
Introduction: Although left anterior descending (LAD) artery supplies a large portion of the myocardium, the amount of blood supply provided by LAD is depended on the length of the LAD. The aim of the current study was to evaluate the association between coronary artery dominance and LAD anatomic types in patients with normal epicardial coronary arteries. Methods:...

Introduction: Echocardiography is usually the first modalities of imaging to evaluate the structural and functional disorders of the heart and great vessels, and colored flow and Doppler images are able to perform hemodynamic and bloodstream evaluations. The goal of this study was the investigation of right ventricular function using echocardiography in patients with pulmonary artery hypertensi...

متن کاملDelayed pleuropulmonary complications following coronary artery revascularization with the internal mammary artery.
We have seen four cases of delayed postoperative pleuro-pulmonary complications associated with use of the internal mammary artery (IMA) conduit. In each case the left IMA was used as a bypass conduit to the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery. In two of the instances the complications were life-threatening to the patients. Each patient was left with symptomatic residual roentgenogra...
