چکیده
After surgery in the upper abdomen is performed, conditions may develop prohibiting transabdominal repair of gastroesophageal reflux. The transthoracal hiatoplasty after L. Braun does not in all cases eliminate the reflux; it cures, however, the ulcers as well as the esophagitis.
