چکیده

前 報1) に おい てA (ε15) が ε34フ ァー ジの感 染 を う けた 場 合, ε34感 染 細 胞 か ら ε34を もた ぬ 子孫 細 胞 の 分 離 され て くる状 態 を分 析 し, 併 せ て ε34は 比較 的速 かに プ ロ フ ァー ジ に な る と考 え られ る こ と を 報 告 し た. 処 で ε15フ ァー ジの 場合 に は, 感 染 後 非 常 に 速 か に 新 抗 原15が 出現 す る こ と, ε34ファー ジ に対 す る レセ プ ター も出現 す るこ と, ε15が増殖型の ファー ジとしてふ えつ ゞある時, 云 いかえれば細胞 は溶 菌の運命 にある 時 も, 溶菌前にO抗 原15を 形成す ることが明かにされ た (Uetake et al, 1958) 2). この ε15による上述め現象 は一般現象 であろ うか? この点 を明かにす るため, 著者は ε34によ り類似 の現 象 が見 られ るか否 か をしらべた.

We show that phage lysogenization, lysogens, and prophage induction are all targeted by CRISPR.
