In most software product developments including many kinds of critical-software, there are several issues left unsolved around its availability, reliability, pricing and legal matter in component-based system building up. For example, how do you meet the needs for *reliable* build up method even reusing *unreliable* components? What methods or approaches do you think the best for software reuse in general, where to initiate reuse program, and how to keep motivating people ? What’s new concerning with domain analysis, modeling and engineering? How can you assure run-time reuse which allows direct run of halfmade system on proposed execution environments?
