The Rice Forum Committee has announced its next Forum date as November 12. This forum will .feature the Rics debate team and the team from T.S.U. debating the national inter-collegiate topic, "Re-! solved that the United States should extend diplomatic recognition to the Communist Government of China." The Forum will be held in "the Lecture Lounge at 8:00 P. M., and a f t e r the debate the participants will hear questions f rom the floor. Tentative plans have been laid fo r a discussion of the ideal relationship between a university's students and its administration December 11. All of the speakers have not yet been secured, but those already named are Dean McBride, Walt Silvus and Bill Allen.
