female patient, 54 years old, complained of excessive earing in the right eye for 12 years. After four years, he presented with progressive obstruction of the nasal assages. Approximately one year before presenting to his service, a bulging swelling, painful upon compression, ppeared near the inner corner of the right eye. On physial examination, she demonstrated epiphora in the right eye nd a cystic lesion associated with redness of the overlying kin, close to the medial corner of the right eye, measuring .2 cm in diameter (Fig. 1A).
