Impact of mentoring and peer-learning within a global entrepreneurship programme

Mentoring and peer-to-peer learning are well recognised as important interventions to support entrepreneurship because they allow the transfer of knowledge from direct experiences and learning of one entrepreneur to another, most often within faceto-face settings. This paper reports on the role and impact of both mentoring and peer-to-peer learning within a new and innovative higher education programme specifically designed for entrepreneurs who are disparately located around the globe and who are either starting, or considering starting, a new business venture or entrepreneurial initiative for the first time.
