چکیده
Robotics Robotics is a multidisciplinary area of study that spans computer science, physics, electrical engineering , and mechanical engineering. Robotics covers the study, design, manufacture, and use of robots in various applications. e are many subareas of robotics where computers interface with physical environments have proven to be a major source of inspiration and provide crucial new insights into artificial intelligence. Human-robot interaction has become a major concern as numerous robots are being used in real-world applications. is track focuses on all aspects of robotics, including related areas and applications, robotics education, and intelligent autonomous systems. is special track includes research papers on robotics and its related techniques, such as AI for robotics, human-robot interaction, computer vision, pattern recognition, activity recognition, intelligence and perception, machine learning applied to robotics, motion planning, prediction and path planning. is track also includes robotics education, which teaches various AI techniques involved in robotics.

Special Track on Intelligent Autonomous Systems
Robotics and artificial intelligence are closely related areas though their research interests and topics diverted in past. Recently, the progress in both areas brings robotics and artificial intelligence together again and higher-level deliberative functions such as action planning are being integrated into usually reactive robotics systems. The special track addresses research results on the ...
متن کاملSpecial Track on Uncertain Reasoning
Many problems in AI require an intelligent agent to operate with incomplete or uncertain information, for example, in reasoning, planning, learning, perception and robotics. e objective of this track is to present and discuss a broad and diverse range of current work on uncertain reasoning, including theoretical and applied research based on different paradigms. We hope that the variety and ri...

متن کاملEditorial: Special Issue on Field and Service Robotics
We are delighted to present this Special Issue containing a selection of ten extended papers originally presented at the Tenth Conference on Field and Service Robotics (FSR’15). FSR is a biennial, single-track meeting that emphasizes the quality of the contributions and fosters an atmosphere of discussion and interaction among participants. In 2015, the conference was held in Canada for the fir...
متن کامل1 Chronolog : It ’ s about Time for Golog G
In this paper we introduce a notion of discrete time into the cognitive robotics languages of the Golog family. Our variant of Golog, named Chronolog, is achieved in a rather straightforward manner but we show that it allows one to express a rich variety of temporal concepts. It is based on exogenous tick actions generated by an external “clock” and a special functional fluent to keep track of ...
