چکیده

This note is a review of rigged configurations and the Bethe Ansatz. In the first part, we focus on the algebraic Bethe Ansatz for the spin 1/2 XXX model and explain how rigged configurations label the solutions of the Bethe equations. This yields the bijection between rigged configurations and crystal paths/Young tableaux of Kerov, Kirillov and Reshetikhin. In the second part, we discuss a generalization of this bijection for the symmetry algebra D (1) n , based on work in collaboration with Okado and Shimozono.

Crystal Structure on Rigged Configurations

There are (at least) two main approaches to solvable lattice models and their associated quantum spin chains: the Bethe ansatz [6] and the corner transfer matrix method [5]. In his paper [6], Bethe solved the Heisenberg spin chain based on the string hypothesis which asserts that the eigenvalues of the Hamiltonian form certain strings in the complex plane as the size of the system tends to infi...

Crystals and Rigged Configurations

Hatayama et al. conjectured fermionic formulas associated with tensor products of U ′ q (g)-crystals B. The crystals B correspond to the Kirillov–Reshetikhin modules which are certain finite dimensional U ′ q (g)-modules. In this paper we present a combinatorial description of the affine crystals Br,1 of type D n . A statistic preserving bijection between crystal paths for these crystals and ri...

We introduce ultradiscrete tau functions associated with rigged configurations for A (1) n . They satisfy an ultradiscrete version of the Hirota bilinear equation and play a role analogous to a corner transfer matrix for the box-ball system. As an application, we establish a piecewise linear formula for the Kerov-Kirillov-Reshetikhin bijection in the combinatorial Bethe ansatz. They also lead t...

RIMS - 1824 Rigged Configurations and Catalan , Stretched Parabolic Kostka

We will look at the Catalan numbers from the Rigged Configurations point of view originated [9] from an combinatorial analysis of the Bethe Ansatz Equations associated with the higher spin anisotropic Heisenberg models . Our strategy is to take a combinatorial interpretation of Catalan numbers Cn as the number of standard Young tableaux of rectangular shape (n2), or equivalently, as the Kostka ...

A promotion operator on rigged configurations

Rigged configurations appear in the Bethe Ansatz study of exactly solvable lattice models as combinatorial objects to index the solutions of the Bethe equations [5, 6]. Based on work by Kerov, Kirillov and Reshetikhin [5, 6], it was shown in [7] that there is a statistic preserving bijection Φ between LittlewoodRichardson tableaux and rigged configurations. The description of the bijection Φ is...
