This poster describes a terrain editor for the CIVITAS -Cidades Virtuais: Tecnologias de Aprendizagem e Simula~ao environment [I], to be developed by UFRGS -Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do SuI, and used at third and fourth grades of Elementary Schools of Venancio Aires Town -RS -Brasil.
