Xsll in Low Invariant Mass Region

چکیده
I analyzed the CP asymmetry of B → Xsl + l − based on model-independent analysis which includes twelve independent four Fermi operators. The CP asymmetry is suppressed in the Standard Model, however, if some new physics make it much larger, the present or the next generation B factories may catch the CP violation in this decay mode. In this paper, we studied the correlation of the asymmetry and the branching ratio, and then we will find only a type of interactions can be enlarge the asymmetry. Therefore, in comparison with experiments, we have possibility that we can constrain models beyond the standard model.

Nonperturbative Effects in B̄ → X s l + l − for Large Dilepton Invariant Mass
We reconsider the calculation of O(ΛQCD/mb) nonperturbative corrections to B̄ → Xsll decay. Our analysis confirms the results of Ali et al. for the dilepton invariant mass spectrum, which were in disagreement with an earlier publication, and for the lepton forward-backward asymmetry. We also give expressions for the O(ΛQCD/mb) corrections to the left-right asymmetry. In addition we discuss the b...

We investigate the leading power corrections to the decay rates and distributions in the decay B → Xsll in the standard model (SM) using heavy quark expansion (HQE) in (1/mb) and a phenomenological model implementing the Fermi motion effects of the b quark bound in the B hadron. In the HQE method, we find that including the leading power corrections the decay width Γ(B → Xsll) decreases by abou...
متن کاملXsll at Belle
The electroweak penguin mediated B → Xsll decay is a good probe to study beyond the Standard Model physics at low energy. The effect of new physics could be observed as corrections to the branching fraction, di-lepton invariant mass spectrum, and to the Wilson coefficients such as C9, C10, and a phase of C7 [1-10]. Experimentally, the exclusive B → Kll decay was observed by the Belle collaborat...

The B̄ → Xsll decay rate is known at the next-to-next-to-leading order in QCD. It is proportional to αem(μ) 2 and has a ±4% scale uncertainty before including the O (αem ln(M W/mb)) electromagnetic corrections. We evaluate these corrections and confirm the earlier findings of Bobeth et al.. Furthermore, we complete the calculation of logarithmically enhanced electromagnetic effects by including ...
