As you will see, all of them consider your first provision of a molecular function for a ribosomal assembly GTPase in bacteria interesting and potentially important, and would in principle be supportive of publication in The EMBO Journal. Nevertheless, they also raise a number of major concerns needing to be addressed prior to publication, many of which refer to analysis and presentation of data, but also to possibilities of alternative interpretations that have not been sufficiently clarified by the presented experimental evidence.
