چکیده

mone-sensitive tumors arising from smooth muscles and occurring in 20 to 40% of women of reproductive age (1, 2). This means that they are the most common benign uterine tumors in women of reproductive age. The most common concomitant symptoms are menorrhagia and iron deficiency anaemia, which in some cases cannot be treated adequately by iron substitution (3-5).
