[Occipital sinus pericranii associated with giant cervical hemangioma].

resentamos un caso de un varón de 47 años de edad que cude a urgencias con disnea y tumoración cervical posteroateral derecha de años de evolución con crecimiento en los ltimos meses; a la exploración es de consistencia blanda, uperficial pero adherida a planos profundos. Se realiza RM confirmándose la presencia de una gran asa cervical hiperintensa en T1, T2 y STIR, compatible con emangioma (fig. 1 coronal STIR con contraste), que afecta l tejido subcutáneo, musculatura cervical y paravertebral rofunda, extendiéndose a varios espacios cervicales y comrometiendo la luz aérea (fig. 2 STIR axial) y con contraste e observan venas diploicas dilatadas que drenan al seno ransverso (fig. 3 reconstrucción MPR), en TC con ventana e hueso se comprueba la erosión del diploe. Se trataba de un sinus pericranii occipitital asocido a un hemangioma cervical gigante, consistiendo en na anomalía vascular con comunicación entre la circuación venosa extracraneal e intracraneal.
