(1+1)-Dirac particle with position-dependent mass in complexified PT -symmetric Lorentz scalar interactions

چکیده

The effect of the built-in supersymmetric quantum mechanical language on the spectrum of the (1+1)-Dirac equation, with position-dependent mass (PDM) and complexified Lorentz scalar interactions, is re-emphasized. The signature of the ”quasi-parity” on the Dirac particles’ spectra is also studied. A Dirac particle with PDM and complexified scalar interactions of the form S (z) = S (x− ib) (an inversely linear plus linear, leading to a PT −symmetric oscillator model), and S (x) = Sr (x) + iSi (x) (a PT symmetric Scarf II model) are considered. Moreover, a first-order intertwining differential operator and an η-weak-pseudo-Hermiticity generator are presented and a complexified PT -symmetric periodic-type model is used as an illustrative example. PACS numbers: 03.65.Ge, 03.65.Pm, 03.65.Fd, 03.65. Ca

(1+1)-Dirac particle with position-dependent mass in complexified Lorentz scalar interactions

Relativistic Non-Hermitian Quantum Mechanics

We develop relativistic wave equations in the framework of the new non-hermitian PT quantum mechanics. The familiar Hermitian Dirac equation emerges as an exact result of imposing the Dirac algebra, the criteria of PT -symmetric quantum mechanics, and relativistic invariance. However, relaxing the constraint that in particular the mass matrix be Hermitian also allows for models that have no cou...

Non-Hermitian von Roos Hamiltonian’s η-weak-pseudo-Hermiticity and exact solvability

A complexified von Roos Hamiltonian is considered and a Hermitian first-order intertwining differential operator is used to obtain the related position dependent mass η-weak-pseudo-Hermitian Hamiltonians. Two ”user -friendly” reference-target maps are introduced to serve for exactsolvability of some non-Hermitian η-weak-pseudo-Hermitian position dependent mass Hamiltonians. A non-Hermitian PT -...

Classical Oscillator with Position-dependent Mass in a Complex Domain

We study complexified Harmonic Oscillator with a position-dependent mass, termed as Complex Exotic Oscillator (CEO). The complexification induces a gauge invariance [19, 11]. The role of PT -symmetry is discussed from the perspective of classical trajectories of CEO for real energy. Some trajectories of CEO are similar to those for the particle in a quartic potential in the complex domain [10, ...

Supersymmetric structure in the Dirac equation with cylindrically-deformed potentials

The Dirac equation plays a key role in microscopic descriptions of many-fermion systems, employing covariant density functional theory and the relativistic mean-field approach. In application to nuclei and hadrons, the required Dirac mean-field Hamiltonian involves a mixture of Lorentz vector and scalar potentials. Recently, symmetries of Dirac Hamiltonians with such Lorentz structure were show...
