On average sampling restoration of Piranashvili–type harmonizable processes
The harmonizable Piranashvili – type stochastic processes are approximated by a finite time shifted average sampling sum. Truncation error upper bound is established; various consequences and special cases are discussed. MSC(2000): 42C15, 60G12, 94A20.
متن کاملHilbert Spaces Formed by Strongly Harmonizable Stable Processes
A strongly harmonizable continuous time symmetric α-stable process is considered. By using covariations, a Hilbert space is formed from the process elements and used for a purpose of moving average representation and prediction. 2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: Primary 60G20, 60G25. Secondary 60G57.
متن کاملAlmost Periodic Harmonizable Processes
The class of harmonizable processes is a natural extension of the class of stationary processes. This paper provides sufficient conditions for the sample paths of harmonizable processes to be almost periodic uniformly, Stepanov and Besicovitch.
متن کاملThe Wigner Distribution of Gaussian Weakly Harmonizable Stochastic Processes
The paper treats theWigner distribution of scalar-valued stochastic processes defined on R. We show that if the process is Gaussian and weakly harmonizable then a stochastic Wigner distribution is well defined. The special case of stationary processes is studied, in which case the Wigner distribution is weakly stationary in the time variable and the variance is equal to the deterministic Wigner...
متن کاملWavelet decomposition of harmonizable random processes
Abstruct-The discrete wavelet decomposition of second-order harmonizable random processes is considered. The deterministic wavelet decomposition of a complex exponential is examined, where its pointwise and bounded convergence to the function is proved. This result is then used for establishing the stochastic wavelet decomposition of harmonizable processes. The similarities and differences betw...
