Julie Mahnken was a Senior Lecturer at the Greater Green Triangle University Department of Rural Health, Deakin University. Sally Belcher is a Lecturer at the School of Rural Health, University of Melbourne. Han and Belcher are Victorian Universities Rural Health Consortium coordinators in their respective universities.
