چکیده

This paper presents the design of a high-throughput, low-latency, asP*, RGD arbiter. Spice simulations for an implementation in a 0:8 CMOS process show a request-to-grant delay of 0:74ns and a done-to-grant-delay of 0:4ns. Maximum throughput of requests from a single client is one grant per 1:8ns; if both clients make request aggressively, the arbiter can produce one grant per 1:2ns. In addition to presenting a high-performance design, this paper examines trade-oos in performance driven design. In particular, logic delay seems to dominate metastability concerns when optimizing performance.

Increased cell death after therapy with an Arg-Gly-Asp-linked somatostatin analog.

UNLABELLED Receptor-targeted scintigraphy and radionuclide therapy with radiolabeled somatostatin analogs are successfully applied for somatostatin receptor-positive tumors. The synergistic effects of an apoptosis-inducing factor, for example, the Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) motif, can increase the radiotherapeutic efficacy of these peptides. Hence, the tumoricidal effects of the hybrid peptide RGD-dieth...

Optimization of RGD-modified Nano-liposomes Encapsulating Eptifibatide

Background: Eptifibatide (Integrilin) is an intravenous (IV) peptide drug that selectively inhibits ligand binding to the platelet GP IIb/IIIa receptor. It is an efficient peptide drug, however has a short half-life. Therefore, antithrombotic agents like eptifibatide are required to become improved with a protected and targeted delivery system such as using nano-liposomes to the site of thrombu...

Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) Modified Biomimetic Polymeric Materials

The new generation of biomaterials focuses on the design of biomimetic polymeric materials that are capable of eliciting specific cellular responses and directing new tissue formation. Since Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) sequences have been found to promote cell adhesion in 1984, numerous polymers have been functionalized with RGD peptides for tissue engineering applications. This review gave the advance i...

A conserved RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) motif in the transferrin receptor is required for binding to transferrin.

The transferrin receptor contains a highly conserved Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) sequence in the C-terminal region where transferrin is thought to bind. RGD sequences are commonly involved in cell adhesion. This sequence is crucial for transferrin binding, suggesting possible evolutionary links between molecules mediating iron uptake and cell adhesion.

Tripeptide, Arg-Gly-Asp, inhibits the transfection of protein-linked DNA of bacteriophage M2.

The effect of tripeptide, Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD), on the transfection activity of Bacillus phage M2 DNA was examined. The transfection activity decreased when M2 DNA was preincubated with RGD before it was added to competent cells.
