چکیده
Near-field ranges operate by measuring the electromagnetic field near the antenna and then mathematically transforming the data to any arbitrary location. Near-field operations are a form of microwave holography. The wave front measurements are normally made on a planar, spherical or cylindrical surface. This paper discusses primarily the planar configurations as used in the measurement of large, millimeter wave spacecraft antennas.
