Wireless Communication Using Ultrasound in Air with Parallel OOK Channels
نویسندگان
چکیده
̶ The use of airborne ultrasonic transducers for wireless communication was demonstrated. The work used capacitive ultrasonic transducers to transmit coded binary signals through parallel air channels. On-Off Keying modulation was successfully implemented in the system. Within the limited bandwidth of the transducers, six channels were used at frequencies from 50 kHz to 110 kHz with a channel spacing of 12 kHz, allowing 8-bit packets to be transmitted simultaneously. Wireless handshaking was achieved using a simple synchronization signal in front of the information signal. A data rate of 60 kbps was achieved over a short distance and the system Bit Error Rate (BER) was analysed.

Performance Analysis of Indoor Infrared Wireless Systems Using OOK CDMA on Di use Channels
We analyze the bit error rate (BER) performance of indoor infrared wireless systems using on-o keying (OOK) code division multiple access (CDMA) on di use channels by taking the e ects of intersymbol interference (ISI) over several chips into account. We evaluate howmuch the transmitted power should be increased on di use channels to compensate the performance degradation due to the ISI.

Wireless network-on-chip (WiNoC) is considered as a novel approach for designing future multi-core systems. In WiNoCs, wireless routers (WRs) utilize high-bandwidth wireless links to reduce the transmission delay between the long distance nodes. When the network traffic loads increase, a large number of packets will be sent into the wired and wireless links and can...

This paper concerns sub-channel allocation in multi-user wireless networks with a view to increasing the network throughput. It is assumed there are some sub-channels to be equally divided among active links, such that the total sum rate increases, where it is assumed each link is subject to a maximum transmit power constraint. This problem is found to be a non-convex optimization problem and i...
