چکیده
Brodski vijak kao propulzor važan je dio porivnog sustava broda. Odgovarajući odabir brodskog vijka i njegovo redovito održavanje garancija su pouzdane, sigurne i ekonomične propulzije. U ovome radu prika zana je optimizacija brodskog vijka s konstantnim usponom korištenjem sofisticirane Prop Scan tehno logije. Tehnologija omogućava ispitivanje kompletne geometrije vijka, dijagnosticiranje njegovih nepravil nosti, njihovo uklanjanje i modificiranje u svrhu postizanja što povoljnijih hidrodinamičkih značajki vijka. Najčešće se radi o korekciji uspona, pa se nave dena tehnologija može nazivati i optimizacija uspona brodskog vijka. Uklanjanje vibracija korekcijom uspona predstavlja ključan i možda najvažniji dio optimizacije vijka. Tako optimizirani vijak imat će učinkovitiju hidrodinamiku, bit će uravnotežen, ispravnog oblika te će odgovarati specifičnim zahtjevima broda uz poboljšanje izlaznih performansi broda. Na konkretnom primjeru dana je optimizacija vijka korekcijom uspona. Prikazani su rezultati ispitivanja i mjerenja geomet rij skih, a time i hidrodinamičkih značajki brodskog vijka s konstantnim usponom prije i nakon optimizacije. Utvr đena su poboljšanja izlaznih performansi broda. Sma nje ne su vibracije. Dizelski porivni motor je manje opterećen. Povećena je brzina broda uz smanjenje potrošnje goriva.
