چکیده

We dedicate this monograph to the numerous contributors of this field, many of whom are listed in the Author Index The MIMO capacity theoretically increases linearly with the number of transmit antennas, provided that the number of receive antennas is equal to the number of transmit antennas. With the further proviso that the total transmit power is increased proportionately to the number of transmit antennas, a linear capacity increase is achieved upon increasing the transmit power. However, under realistic conditions the theoretical MIMO-OFDM performance erodes and hence to circumvent this degradation, our monograph is dedicated to the design of practical coherent, non-coherent and cooperative MIMO-OFDM turbo-transceivers...

Implement OFDMA , MIMO for WiMAX , LTE MIMO / OFDM

The wireless industry is in transition. All of the new 4G air-interfaces—WiMAX, Long Term Evolution, Ultra Mobile Broadband, 802.20, Wireless Broadband, next-generation PHS and the like—share some things in common: all are based on OFDM Access (OFDMA); all exploit MIMO; and all have «flattened architecture» and all are Internet Protocol-based. This article discusses WiMAX and LTE: in particular...

Performance Analysis of WiMAX Network For SISO-MISO Using Adaptive Modulation and Coding

although many researchers have written about WiMAX IEEE 802.16e Standard system, it needs more attention and analysis in next generation wireless networks. Multiple Input Multiple Output-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) has become one of the key technologies for the B 3G & 4G broadband wireless communications. This paper is aimed at studying the performance analysis of OFD...

A Review on Spectrum Efficient OFDM Based on Structured Compressed Sensing

Spectrum efficiency is becoming increasingly important for wireless communication systems in order to avoid the congestion of users for the spectrum. OFDM has already been extensively adopted by numerous wireless communication systems like DVB-T, WiMAX, LTE, WiFi, etc, and it is also widely recognized as a prominent modulation technique for future wireless communication systems. Thus, developin...
