This paper studies the output-feedback stabilization problem for a class of networked control systems (NCSs) with a Markovian jump linear plant. By considering the time delays from the sensor to the controller and from the controller to the actuator, the closed-loop NCS is modeled as a system with three kinds of jumping modes. The sufficient conditions for the stochastic stability are established. The twomode-dependent output-feedback controller is obtained through the cone complementarity linearization approach. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
