In 1934 Lohr’ reported the external use of cod liver oil in the treatment of skin wounds. Recently, “A Status Report on the External Use of Cod Liver Oil”2 summarized the Literature. Many other conditions have also been treated according to the same principles. To this subj ect we would like to add the following: We proceeded to inject intra-pleurally, considering it as a topical application, a Vitamin A-D concentrate.**
