Extension of fractional parentage expansion to the nonrelativistic and relativistic SUf(3) dibaryon calculations.

چکیده
The fractional parentage expansion method is extended from SU(2) nonrelativistic to SU(3) and relativistic dibaryon calculations. A transformation table between physical bases and symmetry bases for the SU (3) dibaryon is provided. A program package is written for dibaryon calculation based on the fractional parentage expansion method.

Variational Calculations for the Relativistic Interacting Fermion System at Finite Temperature: Application to Liquid 3He
In this paper, at first we have formulated the lowest order constrained variational method for the relativistic case of an interacting fermion system at finite temperature. Then we have used this formalism to calculate some thermodynamic properties of liquid in the relativistic regime. The results show that the difference between total energies of relativistic and non-relativistic cases of liqu...
متن کاملNonrelativistic Quantum Hamiltonian for Lorentz Violation
A method is presented for deriving the nonrelativistic quantum hamiltonian of a free massive fermion from the relativistic lagrangian of the Lorentz-violating standard-model extension. It permits the extraction of terms at arbitrary order in a Foldy-Wouthuysen expansion in inverse powers of the mass. The quantum particle hamiltonian is obtained and its nonrelativistic limit is given explicitly ...
متن کاملA Practical Method for Relativistic 3N-Scattering Calculations with Realistic Potentials
Using a scale transformation in momentum space a phase equivalent relativistic potential is generated from the nonrelativistic potential. By that transformation a practical method for the relativistic 3N scattering with realistic nucleon-nucleon potentials is introduced. The formalism can be applied to any realistic nonrelativistic potential. We also discuss the locations of the moving logarith...

The relativistic amplitude for the direct knockout contribution to (γ, p) reactions on nuclei is reduced to a nonrelativistic form using an effective Pauli reduction scheme. The reduction is carried out to second order in the inverse nucleon mass. It is found that the interaction Hamiltonian appearing in the nonrelativistic amplitude has significant dependence, starting at second order, on the ...

There are several ways of approximating heavy quarks in lattice QCD calculations, including Nonrelativistic QCD [1–3] (NRQCD), the static approximation [4,5], and the approach developed at Fermilab [6] which takes the uncorrected Wilson action as its leading approximation but adds correction operators which end up resembling those of NRQCD rather than those of the standard Symanzik improvement ...
