What Went Wrong: A Programme Manager's Perspective

چکیده

This paper argues that there are certain patterns that frequently prevent projects from being successful. It argues that many of these fall into one of three categories: A mismatch between the expectations of the funder and the project, the failure to respond to the changing environment, and failure to think through support beyond the end of the project. The paper goes on to consider how some of these might be addressed.
