چکیده

Content organisation Our cases will be presented in a pictorial essay mode. It is important to consider: The radiologic diagnosis of HCC can be made by either CT or MRI methods. Typically, HCC enhances during the arterial phase due to the presence of an intense arterial blood supply of the hepatic arteries. TC dual Energy: Dual-energy CT (DECT) is an innovative imaging technique that operates on the basic principle of application of two distinct energy settings that make the transition from CT attenuation–based imaging to material-specific or spectral imaging. DECT can also aid in evaluation of response to therapy and detection of oncology-related disorders. MDCT perfusion: non-invasive method of quantification of tumour blood supply, related to the formation of new arterial structures (neoangiogenesis), which are essential for tumour growth.

T cell receptor-therapy in HBV-related hepatocellularcarcinoma

Adoptive transfer of lymphocytes expressing engineered T cell receptors (TCR) is a promising option for cancer treatment and could include hepatocellularcarcinoma (HCC), where therapeutic options are limited. We have recently investigated whether hepatitis B viral antigens can act as a HCC-specific antigen and thus be targeted by adoptively transferred HBV-specific TCR redirected T cells.

Exosomes from Melatonin Treated Hepatocellularcarcinoma Cells Alter the Immunosupression Status through STAT3 Pathway in Macrophages

Immunosuppression is a significant factor in the progression of tumor invasion and metastasis. Melatonin, a well-known hormone, has certain cytotoxic and immune regulatory effects to inhibit tumor function. Exosomes are small membrane vesicles released by many kinds of cells, which contain different macromolecules, such as mRNAs and microRNAs (miRNAs), and proteins that can mediate communicatio...

P28: Neuroimaging in Anxiety Disorders

In recent years, the development of neuroimaging techniques such as high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), positron emission tomography (PET), or single photon emission tomography (SPECT) has promoted the identification of structural and functional characteristics underlying mental disorders to a great extent. In anxiety disorders, recent...
