BIOCHEMISTRY. For the article ‘‘Perinatal -3 polyunsaturated fatty acid supply modifies brain zinc homeostasis during adulthood,’’ by Anura P. Jayasooriya, M. Leigh Ackland, Michael L. Mathai, Andrew J. Sinclair, Harrison S. Weisinger, Richard S. Weisinger, John E. Halver, Klára Kitajka, and László G. Puskás, which appeared in issue 20, May 17, 2005, of Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA (102, 7133–7138; first published May 9, 2005; 10.1073 pnas.0502594102), the authors note that in the acknowledgments, ‘‘Australian Research Council’’ incorrectly appeared as ‘‘Association pour la Recherche sur le Cancer,’’ due to a printer’s error. The authors also note that on page 7134, the fifth line of the first paragraph in the right column, ‘‘vitamin B12 100 mg kg’’ should read ‘‘vitamin B12 100 g kg.’’ These errors do not affect the conclusions of the article.
