Global Modeling Approach for Pre-Matched Multifinger FET
نویسندگان
چکیده
A scalable lumped element equivalent circuit of a pre-matched, multifinger FET cell is proposed. The model is derived using a global modeling approach that exploits both circuit and full wave analysis, accounting for phase delay along gate and drain manifolds. The availability of such model is useful to perform fast performance analysis and optimization of the pre-matching network.

SB-PE drift-diffusion algorithm for FET devices global modeling
We present an efficient numerical global modeling approach for the RF and microwave physic-based analysis of active devices that combines frequency-domain Fourier series expansion (Spectral Balance, SB) and space-domain polynomial expansion (PE) of the physical quantities inside the semiconductor. The proposed method (SB–PE), suited for the simulation of high-frequency Si, GaAs, and GaN FET dev...

We present the design and simulation of a single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)-based field-effect transistor (FET) using Silvaco TCAD. In this paper, theself-heating effect modeling of the CNT MOSFET structure is performed and comparedwith conventional MOSFET structure having same channel length. The numericalresults are presented to show the self-heating effect on the I...
متن کاملG4-FET modeling for circuit simulation by adaptive neuro-fuzzy training systems
G4-FET has attracted attention as an emerging device for the future generations of semiconductor industry. This paper is intended to propose a model representing the characteristics of G4FET device in order to perform circuit simulations. The modeling approach is established upon the neuro-fuzzy technique whose main strength is that they are universal approximators with the ability to solicit i...

The solution of single-objective unit commitment problems for generation companies participating in deregulated markets may not directly be implementable mainly because of neglecting some conflicting secondary objectives arising from policy-making at internal/external environment. Benefiting an efficient multi-objective approach to improve the applicability of price-based unit commitment soluti...
