Fuzzy Z?

چکیده
It has been recognised that formal methods are useful in requirements engineering. Speciication languages such as Z permit the precise and unambiguous speciication of system properties and behaviour. However some system problems, particularly those drawn from the IS problem domain are diicult to model in crisp or precise terms. This paper suggests fuzzy set theory as a possible representation scheme for the imprecision, contradiction and uncertainity that may characterise such systems. We provide an annotated preamble to illustrate the incorporation of fuzzy ideas within the existing Z syntax. The paper concludes with the identiication of some outstanding conceptual and notational issues arising from the current work.

An explicit formula for the number of fuzzy subgroups of a finite abelian $p$-group\ of rank two
Ngcibi, Murali and Makamba [Fuzzy subgroups of rank two abelian$p$-group, Iranian J. of Fuzzy Systems {bf 7} (2010), 149-153]considered the number of fuzzy subgroups of a finite abelian$p$-group $mathbb{Z}_{p^m}times mathbb{Z}_{p^n}$ of rank two, andgave explicit formulas for the cases when $m$ is any positiveinteger and $n=1,2,3$. Even though their method can be used for thecases when $n=4,5,l...
متن کاملHX-hypergroups associated with the direct products of some ${bf Z}/n {bf Z}$
One studies the $HX$-hypergroups, corresponding to the Chinese hypergroups associated with the direct products of some ${bf Z}/n {bf Z},$ calculating their fuzzy grades.
متن کاملCOUNTING DISTINCT FUZZY SUBGROUPS OF SOME RANK-3 ABELIAN GROUPS
In this paper we classify fuzzy subgroups of a rank-3 abelian group $G = mathbb{Z}_{p^n} + mathbb{Z}_p + mathbb{Z}_p$ for any fixed prime $p$ and any positive integer $n$, using a natural equivalence relation given in cite{mur:01}. We present and prove explicit polynomial formulae for the number of (i) subgroups, (ii) maximal chains of subgroups, (iii) distinct fuzzy subgroups, (iv) non-isomorp...
متن کاملZ-Numbers and Type-2 Fuzzy Sets: A Representation Result
Traditional [0, 1]-based fuzzy sets were originally invented to describe expert knowledge expressed in terms of imprecise (“fuzzy”) words from natural language. To make this description more adequate, several generalizations of the traditional [0, 1]-based fuzzy sets have been proposed, among them type-2 fuzzy sets and Z-numbers. The main objective of this paper is to study the relation between...
متن کاملA matrix method for estimating linear regression coefficients based on fuzzy numbers
In this paper, a new method for estimating the linear regression coefficients approximation is presented based on Z-numbers. In this model, observations are real numbers, regression coefficients and dependent variables (y) have values for Z-numbers. To estimate the coefficients of this model, we first convert the linear regression model based on Z-numbers into two fuzzy linear regression mode...
متن کاملHybrid fuzzy MCDM model for Z-numbers using intuitive vectorial centroid
This paper presents a hybrid fuzzy multi criteria decision making model for z-numbers using intuitive vectorial centroid. There are two novelty discuss here: 1) development of intuitive vectorial centroid defuzzification and; 2) development of hybrid fuzzy multi criteria decision making model based on consistent fuzzy preference relations and fuzzy technique for order performance by similarity ...
