چکیده

We discuss the principles to be used in the construction of discrete time classical and quantum mechanics as applied to point particle systems. In the classical theory this includes the concept of virtual path and the construction of system functions from classical Lagrangians, Cadzow's variational principle applied to the action sum, Maeda-Noether and Logan invariants of the motion, elliptic and hyperbolic harmonic oscillator behaviour, gauge invariant electrody-namics and charge conservation, and the Grassmannian oscillator. First quan-tised discrete time mechanics is discussed via the concept of system amplitude, which permits the construction of all quantities of interest such as commutators and scattering amplitudes. We discuss stroboscopic quantum mechanics, or the construction of discrete time quantum theory from continuous time quantum theory and show how this works in detail for the free Newtonian particle. We conclude with an application of the Schwinger action principle to the important case of the quantised discrete time inhomogeneous oscillator.

Finite Time Mix Synchronization of Delay Fractional-Order Chaotic Systems

Chaos synchronization of coupled fractional order differential equation is receiving increasing attention because of its potential applications in secure communications and control processing. The aim of this paper is synchronization between two identical or different delay fractional-order chaotic systems in finite time. At first, the predictor-corrector method is used to obtain the solutions ...

Application of Nano-Contact Mechanics Models in Manipulation of Biological Nano-Particle: FE Simulation

Contact mechanics is related to the deformation study of solids that meet each other at one or more points. The physical and mathematical formulation of the problem is established upon the mechanics of materials and continuum mechanics and focuses on computations involving bodies with different characteristics in static or dynamic contact. Contact mechanics gives essential information for the s...

Symmetry Principles and Conservation Laws in Atomic and Subatomic Physics – Part I

The whole theoretical framework of physics rests only on a few but profound principles. Wigner enlightened us by elucidating that \It is now natural for us to try to derive the laws of nature and to test their validity by means of the laws of invariance, rather than to derive the laws of in-variance from what we believe to be the laws of nature." Issues pertaining to symmetry, invari-ance princ...

The system with discrete interactions I: Some comments about the principles of quantum theory

The model of the physical system with discrete interactions is considered. The model is based on the postulates that: (i) parameters of the physical system are defined in process of its interaction; (ii) the process of interaction is discrete. The model gives an essential way to introduce all basic notions and obtain the results of the quantum theory, in particular the operator formalism of the...

ADAPTIVE FUZZY TRACKING CONTROL FOR A CLASS OF NONLINEAR SYSTEMS WITH UNKNOWN DISTRIBUTED TIME-VARYING DELAYS AND UNKNOWN CONTROL DIRECTIONS

In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy control scheme is proposed for a class of perturbed strict-feedback nonlinear systems with unknown discrete and distributed time-varying delays, and the proposed design method does not require a priori knowledge of the signs of the control gains.Based on the backstepping technique, the adaptive fuzzy controller is constructed. The main contributions of the paper...
