Information Report on Biological Studies Conducted At the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Test Site

The objective of the present report was to investigate the environmental impact of the nuclear testes at Institute of Radiation Safety and Ecology (IRSE). On 1949, biological center will be opened in the city of Kurchatov to monitor the radiological situation at the former Semipalatinsk Test Site (STS). Report focused on reviewing data on the health and environmental impacts resulting from the testing at STS.
