Describing Users in Context - Perspectives on Human- Work Interaction Design

چکیده
The question we present here is about two different design approaches: task-oriented and function-oriented. Briefly, task-oriented design needs task-related information analysis and function-oriented design needs the analysis of functional structure of work domain. It is thus desirable to consider the usefulness of analysis methods in terms of design approaches. For this, we present three analysis methods and discuss the problem of how to use analysis results for design requirements identification.
