Subungual Hyperpigmented Nodular Lesion in an Adult's Toe.

Upon physical examination, a well-delimited, 10-mm, hyperpigmented (dark brown) nodule, affecting the nail bed and hyponychium of the fifth right toe, was found ( fig. 1 ).
