The Occurrence of Oligosaccharides in Cane Products*

چکیده
An effective extraction of the fiberized cane juice has been obtained from a prepared extraction column. Oligosaccharides co~nposed of glucose and fructose were found in both cane juice and in raw sugar. The oligosaccharides found In the juice and raw sugar were probably produced by enzymatic or bacterial reactions occurring in cane which had had a delay of 24 h or Inore between cutting and processing.
