Author's response to reviews Title: Primary care-based multifaceted, interdisciplinary medical educational intervention for patients with systolic heart failure: Lessons learned from a cluster randomised controlled trial Authors:

R3: The abstract is oké, but the title is somewhat too long and thereby looses its attractiveness. Due to the combination of an exploratory trial report with the lessons learned, further shortenings would probably diminish the visibility of the value of the paper. Therefore the methods section reports the outcomes and its measures lengthening the abstract.
