an approach to multi agent systems in health e-scm system

the health industry’s supply chain is full of uncertainty and unpredictability. thus, building an intelligent system to effectively capture the requirements of customers and help manage the supply chain is very important. despite artificial intelligence widespread acceptance as a decision-aid tool, ai has seen limited application in supply chain management. to fully exploit the potential benefits of ai for scm, this paper explores various sub-fields of multi agent systems that are most suitable for solving practical problems relevant to health e-scm system. in this paper, we have integrated the typical health information systems (his) development procedure with that of a health e-scm multi-agent system. therefore considers the problems in the health industry’s scm and provides solutions to them. the proposed system can integrate health information technologies to make its behavior more intelligent and to catch more useful information from customers. its implementation also considers some practical issues in the health retailing scm.
