industrial estates effects on quality of life of residents

industrial towns with whatever purpose, can reduce the problems in rural areas, providing employment and income for rural people and the welfare of the inhabitants of the surrounding villages to be effective. evaluation of the impact of the creation of industrial zones and rural employment status of workers, especially rural workers, the main objective of this research. this study seeks to answer the question that rural employment in the industrial town, what changes have been made in their lives? based on the study of the nature and method of application and descriptive - analytic study. study population and the industrial park units they are employed. data collected by questionnaire (n = 56 active employees and 5 client). the study found that in terms of location, more than half of employed rural industrial estate location, within 1 to 5 km in rural areas and about 82 percent live in villages within 15 kilometers industrial estate.the results show it is effective hot industrial estate in quality of life of rural workers in the previous period of employment in the industrial town. job security, changes in housing conditions, changes in the pattern of food consumption and durable goods continued to live in the villages of content and consequences of major industrial town on the rural workers. also working in the industrial zone, has increased the use of durable consumer goods among rural residents. more importantly, housing ownership of rural workers in the industrial zone in the pre-employment showed that 82.1% of parents and 12.5 percent have a home. in terms of employment, 58.9% of parents living at home and living in a private home by 37.5 percent. thus, in the industrial zone led to reduced levels of paternal homes and private homes to be added to the amount.
