چکیده
in order to evaluate the effect of different levels of sowing dates and plant density on grain yield and its components in chickpea var. arman, a field study was conducted at ekbatan research field station of agricultural and natural resources research center of hamedan province under rainfed condition during 2009-2010 cropping season. treatments were arranged as split plot on the basis of randomized complete block design with four replications. the main plots were date of sowing in three levels including entezari (16 december), spring planting (7 march) and late spring planting (4 april) and the sub-plots were plant densities (20, 30 and 40 plants/m2). results showed that pod number per plant, 100-seed weight and grain yield were affected by sowing dates, significantly. the results also showed significant differences for pod number per plant, grain yield and harvest index in different plant densities. the interaction of sowing date×plant density was significant (p< 0.01) only for seed yield. finally, the highest and the lowest seed yield was achieved in entezari planting with 30 plants/m2 and late spring planting with 40 plants/m2.

Effect of Genotype X Environment Interaction on Relationship between Grain Yield and Its Components in Chickpea [cicer Arietinum (l.)]
Effect of genotype x environment interaction was studied on relationship between yield and three yield components in 20 genotypes of chickpea. Significant differences were found between genotypes for the three yield components at all the locations. It was found that the pattern and strength of correlation between number of seeds pod and yield, between number of seeds pod and number of pods plan...
متن کاملEffect of plant growth-promoting Streptomyces sp. on growth promotion and grain yield in chickpea (Cicer arietinum L)
The physiological and molecular responses of six strains of Streptomyces sp. (CAI-13, CAI-85, CAI-93, CAI-140, CAI-155 and KAI-180), with their proven potential for plant growth-promotion (PGP) in rice were studied to understand the mechanisms causing the beneficial effects. In this investigation, those six strains were evaluated for their PGP capabilities in chickpea in the 2012-13 and 2013-14...

To estimate genetic parameters of yield and yield component of chickpea, six chickpea genotypes were crossed in complete diallel crossing scheme in glass houses of Seed and Plant Improvement Institute in 2007. Parents, direct and reciprocal crosses (36 entries) were evaluated using randomized complete block design with four replications at Grizeh station, Sanandaj, Iran in spring of 2017 growin...

The grain quality of chickpea in Iran is low and instable, which may be attributed to the evolution of cultivars with a narrow genetic base making them vulnerable to biotic stresses. Four chickpea varieties from diverse geographic origins were chosen and arranged in a randomized complete block design. Mesorhizobium sp. cicer strain SW7 was added to all the chickpea seeds. Chickpea seeds were pl...
