چکیده
water productivity increase is one of the water management solutions in agriculture and increasing its efficiency. the accurate determination of plants water requirement and the accurate value estimate of evapotranspiration is essential for improving water productivity in irrigation network that it can help to improve water management in agriculture. in this research such climatic elements as temperature, rainfall and daily relative moisture have been calculated within the statistic era(1993-2000).to put it into practice calculate-xlsx program in excel is used.the amount of evaporation and daily perspiration was also calculated depending on petman monteith method.water and rainfal requirement for growing saffron in different seasons were specified as well.the results of this study indicate that in the western and southwest stations in the province the temperature needed to get the necessary degree of the plant would not be accessible.considering the fact that procuring necessary amount of temperature is the first factor for the growth of saffron ,thus such stations are not suitable for planting saffron. saffron grows during the seasons of october (mehr) and may (ordibehesht).during the period of growing saffron ardestan station with the average of 528/1 mm and kashan station with the average of 279 mm calculated as the most and the least amount of water requirement bases respectively.in ardestan station the average of 407 mm and in golpaygan station the average of 107 mm also calculated as the most and the least amount of annual irrigation respectively.

A Comparative Study of Potential Evapotranspiration Estimation by Eight Methods with FAO Penman–Monteith Method in Southwestern China
Potential evapotranspiration (PET) is crucial for water resources assessment. In this regard, the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization)–Penman–Monteith method (PM) is commonly recognized as a standard method for PET estimation. However, due to requirement of detailed meteorological data, the application of PM is often constrained in many regions. Under such circumstances, an alternative metho...
متن کاملEstimating Daily Global Evapotranspiration Using Penman-Monteith Equation and Remotely Sensed Land Surface Temperature
Daily evapotranspiration (ET) is modeled globally for the period 2000–2013 based on the Penman–Monteith equation with radiation and vapor pressures derived using remotely sensed Land Surface Temperature (LST) from the MODerate resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on the Aqua and Terra satellites. The ET for a given land area is based on four surface conditions: wet/dry and vegetated/non...

Comparison of different empirical methods for estimating ddaily reference evapotranspiration in the humid cold climate (case study: Borujen, Shahrekord, Koohrang and Lordegan)
The proposed method for calculation of potential evapotranspiration is Penman-Monteith FAO method, but there are other methods that require less meteorological data but estimates close to the FAO Penman-Monteith method in different climatic conditions. Performance evaluation of these methods on the same basis is prerequisite for selecting an alternative approach in accordance with available da...

Optimal crop water requirement is needed for precise irrigation scheduling. Prediction of crop water requirements is a basic factor to achieve this goal. In this study, maize potential evapotranspiration (ETp) was prediced by maize simulation model (MSM). Then, it was evaluated and validated using experimental field data obtained in Agricultural Research Station of Shiraz University (Bajghah, F...
متن کاملComparison of Artificial Neural Network and Physically Based Models for Estimating of Reference Evapotranspiration in Greenhouse
Evapotranspiration (ET) is one of the major components of hydrologic cycle. Accurate estimation of this parameter is essential for studies such as water balance, irrigation system design and management, and water resources management. Generally we used climate data for calculating evapotranspiration from indirect methods. This study investigates the utility of artificial neural networks (ANNs) ...
