introductionandobjective:the overall objective of the current study investigated teachers' attitudes towards performance appraisal system; the staff is trained in education branch. methods: all schools in the study sample middle school teacher education in the academic year 1390-1391 a total of 370 branch secretary is formed. of which 191 were randomly classified according to morgan being selected as the sample, 89 were male and sample sizes of 102 women have. during the study hypotheses (hypothesis 7) and questions related to the purpose of a proper performance appraisal system in the organization in the questionnaire or mat questionnaire with a reliability level of 95/38 of the sample has been provided. results & conclusion: the information collected for the analysis of data, including measures of central tendency and dispersion of the pie chart and column indices and inferential statistics, independent t-test through software was used to evaluate the results of the study showed improved performance in terms of improving employee performance and as to the payment system and to optimize the detection prone as identifying employees eligible for promotion and the discount rate and identify training needs of staff in relation with the system of communication between employees and related persons is not subject to dismissal came every seventh hypothesis has not been confirmed.
