difficulties related to cultural anthropology managing in organizational behavior

it is tried, in this article to introduce the field of cultural anthropology, which is a decipline of social science and its contribution behavioral science, through: comparative studies of values and behaviors, mutual interactions of cultures in organizations, organizational culture and environment, and its application in managing organizational behavior. the difficulties of determination and evaluation of cultural characteristics in the field of anthropology is briefly presented. a brief analysis is presented, concerning, the lack of method for collecting, recording and analyzing dates for measuring cultural indexes, (called ethnography), comparing with the other social science deciplines, such as : psychology, sociology, social psychology and political science, for which, there are more valid research methodology. beside discussing the difficulties of determination of organizational culture, it is tried to present: some cultural definitions and indexes, the complexity of applying contingency models of management in the area of ; leadership, control, and motivation. and also the urgency of coordinating organization culture and strategies, and sincies manager beliefs. it is recommended, that, proper model of management in accordance with organizational culture should be applied, and in case of necessity, the organizational culture should change to put the strategies. in other words, in spite of the difficulties, it is suggest to managers that, believe in and try to apply anthropological knowledge in managine organizational behavior.
