چکیده
bryson is the first government agencies to consider the system specific planning and design model for measuring strategic planning in government agencies. bryson has studied different models of strategic planning and operating conditions in the public sector and private analyzed them and finally offers its own version. this research seeks to answer the question of strategic planning with key features planned bryson hoshinconnery to what extent the institute of scientific information and documentation iran is otherwise applicable to the non-compliance is? the study consisted of 131 managers and experts of the institute for scientific information and documentation where the method of survey and census methods were used. the results showed that the population is poor compliance with the model bryson.
