Zygomatic implants– Changing face of implant dentistry

Conventional implants cannot be placed in patients with severe atrophied maxilla resulting insufficient amount of bone remaining for anchorage. Routinely, grafts were the preferred technique. But drawbacks associated this procedure, Branemark proposed surgical /prosthetic rehabilitation zygomatic to overcome them. This review aims address criteria placement, and prosthodontics outcome evaluation complications arising implants.
