چکیده

Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructure was successfully synthesized on an alumina substrate by the hydrothermal method. The method consists of two stages: preparation seeding layers and growth ZnO nanostructures. 0.4 M Acetate Dihydrate (Zn(CH3COO)2·2H2O) 3 Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) were used as precursors. process carried out at 90 °C for 4 hours. Morphological characterization nanostructures conducted using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). result produces a diameter 60-80 nm length 600-800 in form nanoflowers. crystal crystalline structure studied with XRD, it shown that is wurtzite hexagonal shape has crystallite size 59 nm. After conducting electrical characterization, current directly proportional to voltage, forming ohmic contact curve. have potential be applied gas sensor since good response indicated presence butane gas. It clarified flow rate 200 mL/min change resistance 0.17 MΩ/s recovery time 30 seconds when exposed one minute. also sensitivity 0.000495 MΩ/mL range 50-250 mL/min.

Controllable Synthesis of Flower-Like ZnO Nanostructure with Hydrothermal Method (RESEARCH NOTE)

Flower-like ZnO nanostructures were synthesized by decomposing Zn(OH)2 in 1,4- butanediol at 105 °C for 36 h. Size of flower-like ZnO nanostructure can be controlled by pH of the aqueous solution. In the preparation of flower-like ZnO nanostructure, zinc nitrate was used as a precursor. The morphology and microstructure of flower-like ZnO nanostructure have been characterized by scanning electr...
