Zero-bias current induced by periodic drive of arbitrary shape

چکیده

We investigate time-dependent electron current through a quantum dot under external drive (pulses), coupled to leads at zero bias. Simple analytic expressions for current, generated by periodic pulses of any shape, are obtained without use the Floquet expansion. demonstrate that follows local quench, displays transient and steady-state behavior, which described same universal function an drive. The results applied analysis rectangular linear form pulses, in comparison with ultra-fast very high amplitude. Our also applicable study On-Demand Single-Electron sources laser driven junctions.
