The aim this study is develop test feasibility brief yoga module postgraduate students. techniques affects body, internal organs, endocrine glands, brain, mind other factors concerning Body complex. Various can practiced effectively reduce weight achieve normal healthy condition body mind. help you feel better, both your physical fitness elevating mood. considered all aspects like physical, emotional mental. Regular practice different effects on permanent nature than maintain good health. positions or postures especially useful fats various parts, forward bending, twisting backward bending near abdomen, hips areas. Also improves functioning strengthening heart, lungs, kidneys, excretory reproductive organs. builds strength muscles. Doing decreases stress, flexibility increases muscle tone strength.
