In this study, it was planned to investigate the presence and serotypes of Yersinia enterocolitica (Y. enterocolitica) in various pasteurized milk samples, collected from retail markets Kırıkkale region, using classical isolation identification. Pasteurized samples were taken for study; aseptically, 25 g sample added 225 ml Peptone Sorbitol Bile Buyyon (PSBB). 30 s homogenized incubated at 10 ° C days.
 On day 10, enrichment water removed incubator thoroughly mixed. From water, 0.1 0.5% saline transferred KOH stirred 2-3 seconds. Decouple one loop Mac Conkey plate CIN successively. After 1 incubation, plates examined. Small (1-2 mm diameter) colonies with a sharp-edged dark red center, entire edge which is surrounded by clear colorless zone, selected Colonies showing characteristic features after incubation identified rapid identification system (BBL, Crystal).
