چکیده
Abstract: Cerrado is the second largest phytogeographic domain in Brazil, with a huge ethnobotany variety, including fruit species that stand out for their economic, industrial, biotechnological and medicinal potential. The objective of this study was to characterize diversity culturable yeasts potential production hydrolytic enzymes fruits 13 native plants Brazil. Sequencing 26S rRNA gene identified isolates. enzymatic evaluated using specific substrates amylases, cellulases, proteases, pectinases. Nine analyzed showed yeast growth, totaling 82 isolates, 26 species. phylum Ascomycota predominated over Basidiomycota. Butia capitata presented highest richness. Candida Meyerozyma were most frequent genera. About 57% isolates able produce at least one analyzed. Papiliotrema flavescens, Hanseniaspora meyeri, guilliermondii, Rhodotorula mucilaginosa produced all tested. results found expand knowledge about communities present plants, evidencing presence shared among use future.

Due to the high activity of microorganisms, the loss of soil organic matter is high in tropical regions. This loss becomes even greater if the soil is managed improperly or when there is no technology that leverages the permanence of the soil carbon by maintaining appropriate levels of organic matter, providing chemical, physical and biological soil improvements and contributing to reduce CO2 e...
