WO<sub>3</sub> as Additive for Efficient Photocatalyst Binary System TiO<sub>2</sub>/WO<sub>3</sub>

Abstract Two different methods of synthesis TiO 2 /WO 3 heterostructures were carried out with the aim to increase photocatalytic activity. In this study, anodic nanotube films synthesized by electrochemical anodization titanium foil. WO particles applied Ti/TiO samples in two ways – electrophoretic deposition (EPD) and insertion during process. Structural properties compared between pristine incorporated particles. Raman mapping was used character-ise uniformity EPD coating determine structural composition. The study showed that onto layer lowered band gap binary system influence on photo-electrochemical titania. addition increased charge carrier dynamics but did not measured photo-current response. As undergoes a phase transition from monoclinic orthorhombic at approximately 320 ℃ proper sequence could be beneficial. It observed secondary heat treatment lowers photocurrent.
